Loonies at work

I'm guessing that as it gets closer to back to school, the more loony and angry customers the Staples is going to get. Here's just two examples since my brain is so fried I can't remember any more. The first happened yesterday. This one lady got a set of legal forms for bankruptcy. She shot me an angry look as I looked up to tell her the total and she burst out "Why are you looking at me like that?". I told her the total and she paid for it, quickly leaving. And today someone was ranting about how a sale we had on a brand of cloth book covers was misleading. Since one brand was on sale and the other was not, she said somehow that it was misleading. Like she was implying that we would only sell one brand of book covers if they were on sale.
